A Rainbow for You
Each ribbon on this heart,
was tied especially for you.
You give me so many things,
I want to thank you for a few.
Green is for freedom,
You allow me as I grow.
Orange is for your patience,
Which is often hard I know.
The yellow is for our home,
Where I feel safe and good.
And blue is for your guidance,
So I'll grow up the way I should.
Purple is for the good tiimes,
We've had along the way.
And red is for all the love,
That I feel for you each day.
Sometimes there will be clouds above,
And snow and storms I know.
But you are always there for me,
Because you are my Rainbow!
